POP UP - Hand Placement.
Having your leading hand slightly further forward can help with positioning your front foot in the correct position, this slightly angled position helps you twist your hip.
Hands need to be close to your chest to help you support your body weight, for example; if you did a press up on the floor with your hands really far away from your body, it would more difficult to support your body weight.
This tip is one you can also practice at home, particularly relevant for people in lockdown.
